psmad158Description: Activation of BMP signaling is observed in the nasal mesenchyme of the palatal shelves at E13.5 and E14.5 along the AP axis. A few P-SMAD1/5/8-positive cells in the oral and nasal epithelia are also detectable (not depicted here).
